These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Escape Routine Club’s website and services. By booking a trip, submitting an inquiry, or participating in any Escape Routine Club experience, you agree to these Terms.

Escape Routine Club designs and organizes boutique, active travel experiences for small groups (typically 6–8 participants). Trips are nature-focused and may include hiking, outdoor activities, and physically demanding programs. All trips are guided or hosted by Escape Routine Club or its designated partners.

Participation is generally intended for adults aged approximately 20–40. A good physical condition and fitness level are required. By booking a trip, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally capable of completing the planned activities and will inform the organizer of any relevant health conditions in advance.

Bookings become valid only after confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Prices, payment schedules, and what is included or excluded in the trip are communicated prior to booking. Escape Routine Club reserves the right to modify prices before a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation terms, refunds, and rescheduling conditions are communicated individually for each trip. Escape Routine Club reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to weather conditions, safety reasons, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

Participants are responsible for: complying with local laws and regulations, following the instructions of the trip leader or guide, having valid travel documents, insurance, and required vaccinations, behaving respectfully toward fellow participants, guides, and local communities. Escape Routine Club reserves the right to remove a participant from a trip without refund if their behavior endangers themselves or others.

Participation in Escape Routine Club trips is at the participant’s own risk. Escape Routine Club is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss, or damage resulting from participation in activities, travel delays, third-party services, or force majeure events. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.

Escape Routine Club may work with third-party service providers such as accommodations, transportation companies, and local guides. These providers operate under their own terms and conditions, and Escape Routine Club is not responsible for their actions or omissions.

All website content, trip descriptions, texts, images, and branding are the intellectual property of Escape Routine Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Escape Routine Club Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.

Escape Routine Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website.
